The eggs benedict, especially with smoked salmon, garners frequent mentions, praised for its delicious hollandaise and the perfect poached eggs.

Their coffee is a highlight, often noted as one of the best in town, ensuring a great start to the day or a pick-me-up during a lunch break.

The friendly staff receive high praise for their prompt service and the welcoming atmosphere they help create.

Most Disliked

The diner can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, particularly during peak hours around 11 AM on Sundays; diners may have to wait for a table.

Some guest feedback mentions occasional inconsistencies in egg cooking, like slightly undercooked poached eggs, though the staff is quick to remedy such issues.

Being a popular diner, the occasional rush means that customers may experience slower service during peak times, like brunch on weekends.

Parking availability can become limited when busy, though there is a free parking lot and street parking nearby.

Came here for breakfast this morning; I’ve been here before with relatives, so I know the food would be good as it has been the last time. And the food was definitely great! My grandmother ordered the regular eggs Benedict while I got their smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Both of us requested medium cooked poached eggs, they came a little undercooked, but we ended up getting them fixed. They were very accommodating about fixing the eggs. Otherwise, everything was delicious. Their home fries were crispy and seasoned well, the smoked salmon was complimentary to the sauce and egg. Service was swift, there were only two servers here at the time of us eating here (keep in mind, the place was steady and mostly seated). We didn’t feel rushed, we got our food within a reasonable amount of time too, got our bill right away when we asked for it.

What not to like this place. It’s a nice local cafe not to miss. It is crowded. However, there is lot of seating. Rest rooms are clean and nice 80s vibe with red counter seats. Home fries are nice and crisp.

An absolute gem! Service was prompt and attentive. Food was hot, cooked properly and so good! It was especially nice to see staff greet regulars by their name. That tells you that this is a very special place. Highly recommend!

A true traditional Canadian diner. We loved it. The food was well cooked and tasty. Had to try an original and typical Canadian dish, poutine. Apprehensive but it had to be done and it was amazing. The staff and atmosphere were brilliant. So friendly and helpful. We had a laugh and it brightened our day. Clean restaurant. Lots of free parking. Highly recommend this diner and more pleasant and cheaper than eating in the Niagara Falls resort.

Out of town with friends and came to this local spot for brunch, and it is amazing. The services and ladies were so sweet, and lovely 10/10. The options and prices for food, as a person coming from Toronto, it was great and affordable 10/10. The fruit juice was so freshly squeezed, I got grapefruit and my friend got apple juice, we really love it 10/10, I got the buffalo chicken hash and it was savoury (10/10). My friends also enjoyed their food, strawberry milkshake, chicken and waffles, and all yummy options. All giving (9/10). Beautiful interior, diner style and really pretty. Thank you for the overall sweetness, and lovely. A must eat brunch spot 10/10 🤩🤩!!
